Most of these homes are concentrated in urban areas therefore the focus of INSTANT-OFF’s marketing efforts will be directed toward urban areas. People who pay for water buy the INSTANT-OFF® to save money. Saving money is the primary reason why most people care about conserving water. Most water utilities have raised their rates 8-35% during the past three years. In the next two years water utilities are expected to increase their rates another 10-25%. These rate increases have angered homeowners who are more concerned than ever about saving water. In 2002, we shifted our focus to the food industry.  Our marketing plan is to begin exhibiting in at least 1-2 dental, medical, hospital, long-term health care and clinic trade shows per month beginning in September 2011. It will be hard for the government  not to purchase INSTANT-OFF when over 25% of assembly staff are Disabled American Veterans.                                                                                                                                                                    Market potential estimated at 3,000,000- 5,000,000 units every five years. Manufacturing: INSTANT-OFF ®’s parts are produced by independent suppliers that are committed to quality and on time delivery using our tools, molds, cutting dies and patented designs. Our current suppliers are capable of producing 250,000 units per month with a 60 day ramp-up time. With a 90 day lead time we could produce 350,000 units per month and with 120 day notice we could ramp up to 500,000 units per month. Suppliers only have access to the parts they make to reduce potential security issues. As sales increase, additional suppliers will be added so that there are multiple suppliers for the same part. This will reduce our risk, reduce our costs and increase our ability to increase production rapidly. INSTANT-OFF® is assembled at the Company’s production facility in Clearwater, Florida. Packaging is done in Tampa by Versatile Packagers a large facility capable of any level of volume. Versatile packagers will also be providing shipping and logistic services from their warehouses. Using Versatile allows vertical growth without limits and without a learning curve.    Patents: We have been notified that the U.S. Patent Office will finally issue the patent for the INSTANT-OFF by the end of May, 2011.
